I thought on one of Suze's shows she talked about kids and paying them for jobs. I thought she had a formula based on how long it would take the parent to do the job. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it was. Does anyone know?

If I remember right, you are to pay them by the minute at a rate of 5 cents. If they did a good job in a timely manner then they can get a raise if you wanted. If they did a poor job then they would get a pay reduction. It was quite awhile ago though, so maybe it's more now. You know...inflation
