Suze's prediction is that the Stock Market will take a beating in 2012. What should we do with our 401K's, Roth IRA's and 529 Plans? I have everything invested aggressively because I have another 30+ years until retirement as well as two very small children (9 months and 2 years 9months). Should I change my contributions for 2012 to be invested conservatively?

Also, Suze suggests having stocks that pay dividends. How do you figure out which companies pay high dividends are a good value?
